Yes, we understand that from time to time, you will need help or if you are not great with technology. When your video, you will have been sent an email explaining how you access the video. This is also shown on the page you are taken to once your order is complete. If you cannot find this information all you need to do is visit the Shop Account section which can be found in the red menu area. You then click on orders and this will show you a list of your purchases. Click the purchase you made and then you will see instructions on that page on how to access the video. Please note that you must be logged in to the website to view your video, this is to stop people from sharing the link with others and protect the work of the authors.
When you watch a video and you have buffering problems, this may be down to your internet connection speed. However, the video allows you to change the resolution to a different format. The options available are 1080 HD (Full HD), 720 (HD), 540, 360, and 240. To make this change you will see a cog icon on the video player, click this icon and the options are presented to you, just change accordingly.
This is a difficult one to answer as it will be all down to your device. For example, if you watch via google chrome you should be able to either cast the video or cast the web browser to your tv screen using Chromecast.
If you are using a newer model iPhone, this also gives you the option to cast to your tv screen, however, it will be down to what operating system you are running.
Another way is using the built-in web browser on your smart tv (if your tv has this facility) by logging into your account and watching the content directly from the website.
Most smart televisions are enabled to accept content being cast from a mobile phone, but again you will need to check this.
Unfortunately, as the content is locked to the website, you are unable to watch through the Vimeo app as this has its own registration and account policy.
This section of the website will be updated on a regular basis to try and cover as many things as we can moving forward.
